Service Planner / Call Allocator
Duration: 9 - 12 month FTC
Salary: £16k per annum
Working hours: 37.5hrs per week including weekends on a rota basis. Daily shifts of either 08:00-16:30 or 10:00-18:30.
Concept are currently recruiting for a Call Dispatcher for a large IT service company. This will be a maternity cover on a 9-12 month FTC.
- Effectively plan service calls
- Ensure customer SLA's are met
- Deal with Customers at all levels
- Liaise with Account Managers, Service Delivery Managers to ensure that customer satisfaction is at the highest level possible.
- Maintain effective communication with Field Engineers
- Experience of resource planning/call allocation (desirable)
- Customer service experience in a contact centre environment.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong Geographical knowledge
- An interactive and team driven approach.
- Preferred experience of the Retail Industry and an understanding / experience of a Customer Service Environment.
- Good time management.
- Ability to multi task.
