Overview:
A well-established electronic security systems provider is seeking an experienced and proactive Security Project Manager to oversee commercial and high-end residential projects across Oxford and surrounding areas. This role offers flexible working arrangements, career progression, and the opportunity to lead high-value integrated security installations from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Manage the full lifecycle of electronic security installation projects (CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, integrated systems)

*

Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery

*

Coordinate site resources and subcontractors

*

Prepare project documentation including RAMS, schedules, and reports

*

Conduct site visits, progress reviews, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and safety regulations

*

Provide technical input and support to engineers and design teams

*

Track project performance using appropriate systems and tools

*

Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project duration

Requirements:

*

Proven experience in project management within the electronic security industry

*

Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, and intruder detection systems

*

Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills

*

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

*

Good working knowledge of BS and NSI standards

*

Proficient in MS Office and project management software

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Relevant qualifications (Prince2, SSSTS/SMSTS, or equivalent) desirable
