An established and growing international manufacturing business based in Corby is seeking a Project Co-ordinator (Manager Designate) to join its Contract Manufacturing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded and analytically strong professional to take ownership of key projects and play a pivotal role in driving operational and commercial success.

The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for co-ordinating and delivering a wide range of commercial and operational projects from concept through to completion.

Projects will vary but may include:

New product and customer onboarding
Product range optimisation and efficiency improvements
Margin and profitability analysis
Development of internal systems and processes
Customer agreements and commercial frameworks
Sales and performance reportingYou will also take ownership of pricing activities, managing the process from quotation through to implementation.

This role requires a balance of project coordination, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement, working closely with multiple departments to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Co-ordinate and manage multiple projects to successful completion
Analyse data to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement
Prepare detailed reports that drive actions and future projects
Manage pricing processes, ensuring accuracy and commercial viability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and finance
Support continuous improvement across systems, processes, and performanceAbout You
Strong organisational and project coordination skills
Highly analytical with strong numerical ability
Advanced Excel and IT skills
Commercial awareness with an understanding of pricing and margins
Experience within a manufacturing or production environment
Confident communicator, able to work across teams and stakeholders
