Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 OTE (depending on experience)

Pembrook Resourcing are looking for a motivated and experienced Motorcycle Team Leader to join our client's dealership in Fareham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with leadership experience to manage and develop a high-performing motorcycle sales team while achieving excellent earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Leading and managing the motorcycle sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members to improve performance and customer service.

*

Managing the full sales process, including customer enquiries, test rides, and handovers.

*

Promoting finance, insurance, and additional products to maximise revenue.

*

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

*

Monitoring team performance and implementing strategies to improve results.

*

Ensuring the showroom and motorcycles are presented to the highest standards.

*

Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity.

*

Reporting sales performance and forecasting to senior management.

Requirements

*

Proven experience in motorcycle or automotive sales, with previous leadership or supervisory experience.

Strong passion for motorcycles and the motor industry.

*

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

*

Target-driven, proactive, and motivated.

*

Ability to work under pressure and lead a team in a fast-paced dealership environment.

*

Full UK driving licence; motorcycle licence preferred.
