You will:

Support the Technical Leader in managing team workloads — ensuring timely completion of quotes, CAD drawings, and specifications.

Mentor and train junior technical staff, identifying knowledge gaps and providing tailored coaching.

Review and prepare tenders and technical documents, ensuring accuracy and quality.

*

Attend site meetings and inspections, offering hands-on support when needed.

*

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Stay current with industry standards, regulations, and new technologies.

What We're Looking For:

CSSW qualification (Certified Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing) - essential.

Demonstratable problem-solving skills

Familiarity with CRM tools, CAD detailing, and quality assurance procedures.
