Our client is an established multi-brand business with a loyal customer base and a reputation for exceptional service. As they continue to grow, modernise, and strengthen their brand presence, they are seeking a commercially minded, strategic, and hands-on Head of Marketing to shape their marketing function and drive the next phase of their evolution across multiple brands.

Day-to-day of the role:
- Develop and own the full marketing strategy to support business growth, multichannel retail operations, and brand development.
- Strengthen brand identity, positioning, and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with commercial goals and trading priorities.
- Translate business objectives into actionable campaign plans and measurable KPIs.
- Oversee and execute day-to-day marketing activity across digital, print, email, social media, and events.
- Create campaign content, briefs, and creative assets where needed.
- Manage launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional calendars.
- Implement and optimise customer journeys and CRM/email automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role within retail, leisure, consumer goods, or another fast-paced B2C environment.
- A balance of strategic capability and hands-on execution — comfortable developing strategy and rolling up your sleeves.
- Strong understanding of brand management, customer behaviour, and multichannel marketing.
- Demonstrable experience managing digital channels, analytics tools, and performance marketing.
- Commercially minded with a focus on ROI, metrics, and data-driven decision making.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Excellent project management and organisational ability.
- Experience leading brand refresh or modernisation projects.
