We're recruiting an experienced Plumber to join a busy maintenance and construction team providing reactive and planned maintenance across residential, commercial, and civic buildings. This permanent role offers career development within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and carry out plumbing repairs and planned work, including bathroom refurbishments

Undertake minor carpentry, tiling, and decorative work as required

*

Deliver high-quality workmanship safely and efficiently

*

Support emergency call-outs and out-of-hours work as needed

*

Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in clean, safe condition

*

Keep supervisors and the office updated with progress using PDA systems

Requirements

*

NVQ Level 2-3 (or equivalent) in Plumbing

*

Minimum 7 years' experience in plumbing, including 3+ years in bathroom installations

*

Full UK Driving Licence

*

Competent with press guns, pipe freezing kits, and rainwater goods

*

Basic carpentry skills for reactive maintenance work

*

Enhanced DBS check required before start

*

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
