We are currently seeking a dynamic Science Teacher to join a school in Wyre & Fylde on a long-term basis, starting immediately. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of the curriculum, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to creating an engaging learning environment.

• Deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 being an advantage.
• Maintain strong classroom management skills.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and promotes enthusiasm for learning.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of all students.
• Assess and record students' progress and provide feedback to foster their development.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff to enhance the Science curriculum.

• Must have QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
• Recent relevant experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4; experience at KS5 is advantageous.
• Excellent classroom practitioner with robust subject knowledge.
• Reliable, committed, and capable of acting as a good role model for students.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with attributes of compassion, trustworthiness, politeness, and good listening skills.
• Must be punctual, patient, and confident when working with children.
