Engineering Administration Supervisor

Location: Rotherham
Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus Scheme
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 2:30pm (37.5 hours per week)

Travis Talent are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Rotherham who are looking to appoint a Engineering Administration Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company where you'll play a key role in supporting the Maintenance Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

The Role

As Maintenance Administration Supervisor, you will:

Ensure all sales orders are processed accurately and with the correct documentation

Raise and place purchase orders to fulfil requirements

*

Process engineer reports, ensuring billing is correct and quotations are raised as needed

*

Liaise with customers to provide clear communication and build lasting relationships

*

Assist with planning resources to meet business demands

*

Support in estimating and producing quotations for required work

Good IT/computer skills

Experience working within a service or maintenance department

Ability and desire to review, improve, and streamline processes

Ideally, some sales support experience

A good general standard of education (minimum GCSE level or equivalent)
