Please see below further info.  Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective tenants and assist them in finding suitable rental properties.
• Conduct property viewings, answering client questions, and providing information about the properties.
• Facilitate lease negotiations between tenants and property owners.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local rental market and property listings.
• Prepare and review rental agreements and associated documents.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient leasing process, including background checks and reference verification.

  What we need in you:

• At least 6 months as a Lettings Negotiator
• You are articulate, customer focused and take pride in your presentation
• High work ethic, thrive under pressure
• Strong negotiation skills
