Key Responsibilities
As Sales Consultant, you'll be the friendly face of the development, helping buyers through the journey to their new home. You will:

Respond to enquiries via email, phone and in person

Manage the entire sales process from enquiry to completion

Drive sales to achieve and exceed targets

Provide detailed knowledge of the homes, specifications and development features

Conduct market research to stay ahead of local trends

Coordinate handovers and assist with any immediate aftercare needs

Complete all administration efficiently and accurately

About You

A confident communicator with a strong phone manner

Proven sales or business development background

Highly organised with good admin and IT skills

Committed to delivering an excellent customer experience

A natural relationship builder who enjoys a busy, fast-paced role
