Our client is a well-known Truck and Van dealership with several depots around Southeast of England. Currently they are looking for an experienced Workshop Controller / Van Workshop Controller / LGV Workshop Controller to join their busy team.

The candidate must have:

· Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or Service Manager in a commercial automotive environment

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Ability to perform well under pressure

· Excellent organisational and communication abilities

· A customer-first mindset and commercial acumen

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal management systems

· Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality

· Positive, can-do attitude and dynamic personality

Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm (½ hour unpaid lunch break), every third Saturday, 8:00am - 12:00 noon. 28 days holiday inc. bank holidays increasing with length of service.
