Role- Quality Manager

Days - Mon - Fri

Salary- Negotiable around £50k + benefits

We are working with a specialist precision Engineering company which provide components in a wide range of sectors from Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace and nuclear to name a few!

Currently looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join the team

• Managing the QMS, updating documentation, carrying our internal audits, representing the company in customer & third-party audits.
• Compiling the quality KPI’s and presenting them at a monthly management meeting.
• Processing both internal and external (customer) con-conformances and complaints, and compiling 8D reports.
• Managing the activity within the inspection room, ensuring the two inspectors are working efficiently to support products being manufactured by carrying out first off and final inspection.
• Assisting with inspection duties, including programming, and operating CMM’s using PC-DMIS.
• Producing inspection reports for customers, FAIR’s, PPAP’s control plans etc.
• Liaising with customers regarding quality topics, new projects, complaints etc.

This is a full time permanent role with a reputable engineering company offering a progressive role.
