Selective Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic, personable and motivated Customer Service Advisor for our long-standing client based in Thame. **NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** Offer package; Job role: Customer Service Advisor Salary: £16,000 - £20,000 (depending on experience) Location: Thame, Oxfordshire Hours: Monday – Friday with shifts between 8am – 5pm on a rota basis. Also working 1 in 4 Saturdays between 8am – 5pm (with time off in Lieu during the week) 37.5 hours per week Holiday: 22 Days holiday +bank holidays (increasing 1 Day a year capped at 31) Benefits: Free onsite parking, Option to buy sell holiday after qualifying period, Sports Social Club, Onsight Canteen and Optional company incentives Primary duties; Provide an exceptional customer experience, through effectively responding to escalated enquiries through a variety of communication channels as determined by client needs. You will work collaboratively with internal and external customers to resolve these queries and complaints in a skilful and professional manner ensuring a timely and qualitative resolution. You will understand the client’s vision and values and ensure that these are reflected on a daily basis. You will be required to meet quality standards in all aspects of the role. You will work as part of a team and as directed by your Team Leader in order to ensure that all key client SLA’s/ KPI’s are met. Candidate specification; • Proactive, confident and self-motivated • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to understand the needs of the customer • Strong team work ethic • A confident telephone manner • Have an active interest in Social Media - desirable • Previous experience in handling contacts via Social Media – highly desirable • Good communication and listening skills together with the ability to liaise with other departments • Able to prioritise and manage work load using own initiative • Good keyboard skills and computer literacy are necessary together with an eye for detail If you are interested and believe you have suitable skills and experience to be considered for the Customer Service Advisor position, then please apply today!
