Interim CAFM Operative - NHS Trust
Location: Essex (Hybrid Working)
Contract Length: 6 Months
Rate: £180 - £240 (Dependant of experience)

An NHS Trust based in Essex is seeking an experienced I nterim CAFM Operative to support their estates and facilities team. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from home and onsite as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Uploading and managing estates and facilities data within the Concerto CAFM system.

*

Ensuring accurate and timely data input to support operational reporting and decision-making.

*

Assisting with system maintenance, updates, and audits.

*

Liaising with estates, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure data integrity.

*

Supporting the implementation of best practices in CAFM system use.

Requirements:

*

Previous experience working with CAFM systems (Concerto experience highly desirable).

*

Background in estates, facilities, or property management within the NHS or public sector is preferred.

*

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

*

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

*

Good communication and IT skills.
