Children & Young People Registered Manager - EBD
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: Upto £60,000 PA (2k annual bonus for KPI's and 1k on successful probation)

We are currently working with an established Residential Children's Home which operates in Yorkshire & Humber and now within Greater Manchester (Rochdale). Both homes are three-bed for Children and Young People with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
The organisations focus is on empowering each child with the resources and support the need to thrive as they grow into responsible and confident individuals.

Children & Young People Registered Manager - EBD Overview:

Oversee the daily operations of an EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) Residential Home;
Support, guide and lead on quality improvement and compliance to ensure the home is up to standards and engaging with Children and Young People at an expert level;
Achieve and document positive outcomes for children, ensuring their needs are met;
Ensure compliance with the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015;
Maintain adherence to Ofsted registration requirements and inspection standards;
To work as part of a new team, overseeing improvements made to the home and having input to manage this process smoothly.Children & Young People Registered Manager - EBD Skills and Experience Required:

An experienced Registered Manager, who has worked within an EBD setting;
Relevant Qualification - Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or working towards;Expertise in turnaround projects/ quality improvements with strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations;
Excellent communication skills, being able to work as part of a team, lead and share experiences.Referrals:
