What you’ll do
• Lead education-focused and public-sector projects across the region
• Manage professional instructions including condition surveys and asset reports
• Oversee project delivery while guiding junior surveyors
• Build client relationships and support business development
What you’ll bring
• MRICS chartered status with strong commercial or public-sector experience
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to manage projects autonomously and mentor others
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to travel across the North West
