Office: Aldgate. East London
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Frida, 8:30am - 5:30 pm

Duties:

Deliver a broad range of building surveying services from inception to completion
Lead and support commissions across dilapidations, condition surveys, PPMs and pre-acquisition work
Prepare and manage specifications, tender documents and contractor assessments
Act as Contract Administrator across commercial, public sector and mixed-use projects
Lead on party wall and neighbourly matters, preparing notices and schedules of condition
Provide clear, practical advice to clients and keep them fully updated throughout each project

Requirements:
Degree in Building Surveying
MRICS status (or committed to achieving chartership)
Experience across surveys, dilapidations, project work or clerk of works
AutoCAD and NBS knowledge beneficial
Organised, proactive and commercially aware
Full driving licence
