Job Description:

If so, we invite you to consider joining our team as a Social Worker specializing in Support and Strengthening Families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the specific needs and strengths of each family.
- Provide counseling, guidance, and practical assistance to families to enhance their coping skills and resilience.
- Connect families with community resources and services to address their various needs, such as housing assistance, childcare, healthcare, and vocational training.
- Monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, adjusting support plans as needed to promote positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, educators, healthcare professionals, and other social workers, to provide comprehensive support to families.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
- State licensure or certification as a Social Worker (LCSW, LMSW, etc.).
- Previous experience working with families in a social services setting is preferred..
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of community resources and support services.
