Seeking territory sales representative for Producer and distributor of math learning, assessment, and hands-on manipulative products with national presence and independently proven results.
Develop a strong base of product knowledge for all Moving With Math programs.
Perform consultative sales with a strong emphasis on building relationship to develop leads and sales.
Compose written correspondence and send introductory kits and samples to interested parties. Send thank-you notes or gifts to high-value customers.
Follow up post-sale to determine if further materials are needed. Cross-sell programs based on district needs. Develop in-depth product knowledge and thorough understanding of curriculum and instruction selection processes within which schools operate.
Airplane travel approximately 1 week per month, 8 months per year to prospect new customers, retain existing customers, and attend events.
Strong previous experience in sales or teaching mathematics
Friendly, outgoing attitude and warmly professional phone presence.
Sincere desire to help students learn math by using research-based methods including manipulatives.
