Title: Procurement Coordinator

Location: Hunt Valley, MD

Pay: 28.00 – 32.00 per hour

Review order requisitions from Inventory Management Software (Syncron, etc.) and create purchase orders as needed. Verify and compare recommended items and their alternatives. Evaluate vendor price, quality and parts availability to assure best deliveries are met, while working with the limits of standard or accepted practices.


Maintain and review Syncron inventory ordering system.

Use SAP, Excel and Microsoft Office.

Prepare purchase orders and negotiate best prices with vendors.

Maintain Enterprise Resource Planning System (Akritiv, etc.) in compliance with prescribed procedures.

General internal request from our service group to include the warranty log processing.

Perform other related duties as requested by management.

Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements.

Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, and policies.


3 years’ experience in Corrugated or similar industry.

Demonstrated knowledge and ability to lead projects with to no supervision.

Possess supervisory skills with strong ability to influence Procurement Coordinator and Clerk roles.

Experience performing tasks where attention to detail was critical

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
