Our client based in Woking are seeking a temporary Finance Assistant to join their busy team on an ongoing temporary basis. To be considered for this role you must be available immediately to start!

The role will involve:

• Processing invoices and expenses including input onto the system
• Matching invoices to PO's and preparing invoices for payment runs
• Answering of supplier queries over the phone
• Chasing for invoice authorisations and matching authorisations to invoices
• Credit card reconciliation
• Sending out monthly budgets to budget holders
