GRC Manager- Leeds- Newcastle- Competitive Salary- Remote

Position: GRC Manager
Location: Fully Remote (Quarterly travel to Newcastle/Leeds with expenses covered)

Key Responsibilities:

Champion the "Secure by Design" initiative for a new public sector project.
Lead the revamp of risk management practices across the organization.
Drive risk-informed decision-making, especially following a recent system launch that faced challenges.
Implement tooling and systems to enhance team efficiency and maturity.
Act as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

Senior-level experience in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance).
Strong leadership and line management experience.
Proven ability to work on recovery projects and improve operational resilience.
Experience in public sector or regulated environments is a plus.
