Salary: £53,000 + 5% bonus

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Shift Technician to join our team in West Drayton. This is an excellent opportunity for an electrical or mechanical professional with critical environment experience who's ready to take the next step. You'll be part of a highly skilled team, keeping operations running smoothly on a continental shift pattern (days & nights).

What We're Looking For

Level 3 qualification or higher (electrical or mechanical discipline)

Experience working in critical environments (e.g., manufacturing, pharma, hospitals, etc.)

Open to candidates who haven't previously worked in data centres

Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
