We're seeking an experienced and proactive Compliance Manager to join a leading food producer in Greater Manchester. This is a high-impact role where you'll play a key part in maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and audit performance at a state-of-the-art site supplying major UK retailers and premium food service customers.

What you'll be doing:
* Leading audit readiness across the site for customer and third-party visits (announced and unannounced)
* Conducting gap analyses and implementing improvements aligned with updated codes of practice
* Driving compliance through continuous improvement, reducing non-conformances with cross-functional teams
* Spending at least 70% of your time on the shop floor, embedding compliance into daily operations
