The Role

The Head of PE will:

* Provide strategic leadership and operational management for the Physical Education department.

* Oversee curriculum development, assessment, and teaching and learning across KS3-5.

* Lead, mentor, and support a team of dedicated PE teachers.

* Promote widespread participation in sport and physical activity, alongside competitive success.

* Manage resources, oversee facilities, and contribute to whole-school well-being initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an exceptional PE teacher with QTS/QTLS and proven leadership experience who:

* Possesses a strong academic and practical background in Physical Education.

* Demonstrates inspiring leadership, strong management skills, and a collaborative approach.
