Evolve Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced, self motivated and passionate Senior HR Advisor to provide HR generalist support to the Head of Human Resources in all aspects of Human Resources Management. An exciting opportunity to develop your HR career in a vital role. The successful candidate will be a pro-active, personable individual with the ability to work well as part of a team have excellent communication skills and a growth learning mind set in a forward thinking, expanding organisation. You will have proven experience within a similar role working in a fast paced organisation.

Key Responsibilities

* To provide proactive and efficient HR support to the business.

* To support the Head of HR and wider HR team with people management matters i.e., coach and advise line managers, particularly effective handling of employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinary, absence management, performance management, succession planning, restructure.

* To support the HR team in developing and implementing HR strategies, aimed at improving business performance via effective people management.

* To be responsible for day-to-day 'business as usual' tasks including database and personnel file management, monthly/quarterly HR statistical reports, employee lifecycle administration, internal communications and spreadsheet maintenance and developments etc.

* To provide the HR team with recruitment support including developing job descriptions, liaising with recruitment agencies, screening and shortlisting of candidates as well as conducting interviews and confirming appointments where necessary. This may also include right to work checks and sponsorship management.

* Provide administration support for the HR systems

* To manage ad-hoc projects as required by the Head of HR/Chief Operations Officer

* To provide support with acquisition projects as and when required.

* To deliver solution-driven HR.

Experience & Skills

* Ideally possess a degree in Human Resources Management, or related qualification such as CIPD (full or part qualified) or qualified by experience.

* Minimum of 3-5 years of generalist HR Advisory experience

* Excellent interpersonal skills.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).

* Ability to manage projects.

* Understand the importance of contributing to and working within a successful team.

* Highly organised and methodical

* Solution-focused, with ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

* Self-motivated, with a flexible attitude to duties and working hours.

* A team player but capable of working effectively on own initiative with minimum support.

* Have excellent knowledge of MS Office particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

* Knowledge of/and ability to use Workday (ideally).

* Practically minded, not afraid to roll your sleeves up and demonstrate a "whatever it takes" approach to your work.

* Able to present information in a clear, concise, fluent, structured and unambiguous way.

* A flexible team player, coupled with effective communication and strong problem solving skills

* Strong analytical skills, with a good attention to detail

* Demonstrates ability to work in a self-managed manner, with exceptional organisational, prioritization, and time management ability in order to produce accurate and complete results, meeting deadlines with limited supervision.

* Enthusiastic, motivated, empathetic and professional

* Ability to travel with a clean current driving license.
