Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you'll be leading on the mechanical design and project coordination, working with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors. You'll be involved from early-stage design to commissioning, bringing a practical, detail-oriented mindset and a passion for quality.

You'll Be Doing Things Like:

Attending and contributing to client and design team meetings
Conducting surveys, feasibility studies, and writing detailed technical reports
Producing detailed mechanical design schemes and specifications
Reviewing contractor documentation and providing technical support during installation
Supporting cost planning and assessing tenders
Mentoring junior engineers and identifying training needs
Spotting business opportunities and contributing to the growth of the practice
What We're Looking For:

Experienced Mechanical Engineer in building services
Confident communicator and client liaison
Comfortable with both technical delivery and project leadership
Proactive and organized with excellent attention to detail
Familiar with relevant regulations and professional standards (CIBSE, etc.)
