We're supporting a respected financial services firm with a growing Equity Release division. They're expanding their hybrid team and looking for qualified, confident advisers who care about doing the job right.

£30 - 35K salary + uncapped commission (realistic £70K+ OTE)
Structured induction, CPD, and compliance support
Hybrid working - part office, part home 
Progression routes into coaching, leadership or specialist advice
What you'll need:

CeMAP + ER1 (or equivalent)
Experience advising on equity release or later-life lending
A customer-first approach and a good grasp of compliance
Comfortable in a hybrid setup with regular office time
