We're looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a reputable housing association, where you'll help keep green spaces looking their best. You'll work alongside a friendly and dedicated team, handling everything from mowing and weeding to pruning, spraying, and general site tidiness.

What You'll Be Doing

Mowing lawns and maintaining turf areas to a high standard
Trimming hedges and shrubs neatly and safely
Removing weeds and managing plant beds
Spraying and applying treatments (in line with safety procedures)
Collecting green waste and maintaining clean, tidy communal areas
Supporting general upkeep of outdoor spaces as neededWhat We're Looking For

Someone who enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Previous grounds maintenance experience is ideal, but not essential
