Manufacturing Operative
We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Operative for our well-established client based in Billericay, Essex.
We are seeking enthusiastic, hands-on Manufacturing Operatives who are eager to learn and develop the skills required to produce ingredient mixtures on a large scale.
Working Hours: 8:30am - 17:00pm
Responsibilities:
* Accurately weigh and pack ingredients
* Operate, monitor, and clean specialist mixing and production machinery
* Maintain clear and accurate production records in line with company standards
The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a role involving manual handling.
*
Physically fit and capable of lifting weights up to 25kg.
*
Reliable, with strong timekeeping and a dependable work ethic.
*
Loyal, trustworthy, and takes pride in their work.
*
A positive, flexible attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
*
Basic numeracy skills and attention to detail.
*
Willingness to watch, listen, and learn from colleagues.
*
Able to read and follow simple manufacturing instructions accurately.

Capable of writing legibly and completing production records correctly.
