Job Summary We’re looking for a passionate and committed English Teacher to join our team on a maternity cover basis starting in September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach motivated students in a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.
Key Responsibilities - Deliver engaging and effective English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable).
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
- Contribute to department planning and school-wide initiatives.
What We’re Looking For - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in English or a related subject.
- Experience teaching English in a secondary school setting.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A team player with a passion for teaching and learning.
