Responsibilities:

* Primary point of contact for Policy Holders

* Manage caseload for swift settlements.

* Guide customers for effective claims management

* Ensure precise claims handling.

* Maintain compliance with procedures.

* Optimise claim settlements.

* Computer literacy

* Positive attitude, adaptability

* Previous experience within customer service role
