Pay & Start Date

• £109.85 - £120 per day (depending on experience)

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join a supportive and inclusive secondary school as an Unqualified Teaching Assistant in the Blackley (M9) area.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in education, particularly if you have worked with children before or have transferable skills from other roles.

Responsibilities

• Supporting students in the classroom with their learning
• Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons
• Providing one-to-one or small group support where needed
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
• Assisting with classroom management and organisation
• Supporting students with additional needs
• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children OR transferable skills (e.g. coaching, care work, youth work, mentoring)
• A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• A genuine passion for supporting young people
