Salary: £12k-£15k depending on experience

Full time, Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week

Our client is looking to recruit an Office Assistant Apprentice. The candidate would ideally be suited to someone who wants to learn general business administration and has an interest in basic bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

Answering and making telephone calls and trouble-shooting. This could be customers or staff who may need help or information.
Opening post, distributing as necessary.
Administering company inboxes - all franchises
Colour coding company inboxes to highlight whose responsibility to action
Dealing with general enquiries including cancellations or noting accounts, sending copy invoices or statements of account.
Posting remittances from inboxes and via post - all franchises.
Inputting new order forms onto Xero (T&C's) and scanning original onto their Xero account. Cross checking against the details on SalesForce.
Ad-hoc duties: Scanning/photocopying, filing/archiving, shredding and anything else as requested by the Directors and the Office Manager when time allows.
