Commissioning Manager – Early Action

Rate: Approx. £450–£525 per day Inside IR35

Contract: 6 months

Working Pattern: Flexible Hybrid Working

About the Role

Our client is recruiting a Commissioning Manager – Early Action to lead the development and commissioning of preventative services that support independence and reduce the need for long-term care.

This role will play a key role in delivering preventative approaches in line with the Care Act 2014.

Key Responsibilities

• Commission preventative and community-based services
• Develop innovative service models that promote independence
• Work with voluntary and community sector partners
• Monitor performance and impact of commissioned services.

Key Requirements

• Experience in Adult Social Care commissioning
• Knowledge of prevention and early intervention approaches
• Strong partnership and service development skills.
