Churchill Howard are partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. Based in Leamington Spa, you'll provide insight, challenge, and support to help shape strategic decisions, influence outcomes, and drive sustainable financial performance. This is a key role within the Finance team as the organisation undergoes significant transformation over the next few yearsWhat you'll be doing:Business Partnering & Influence: Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, providing financial insight and commercial challenge to support decision-making, evaluate opportunities, and manage risk.Strategic Planning: Play a central role in annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, ensuring financial strategies align with organisational objectives.Performance Analysis: Deliver clear, actionable insights by linking financial data to business strategy, highlighting key drivers of performance and areas for improvement.Financial Control & Governance: Establish and maintain robust controls, ensuring compliance while enabling informed commercial decisions.Reporting & Insight: Enhance the clarity and impact of financial reporting, improving visibility of business performance for leadership teams.Process & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, planning, and forecasting processes, embedding improvements that add long-term value.Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted sounding board and advisor.About you:Education & Qualifications:Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with post-qualification experienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fieldExperience & Skills:Proven track record in a Finance Business Partnering role, working closely with senior leadership teamsStrong commercial acumen with the ability to identify risks, opportunities, and value driversExperience in financial planning, analysis, and translating strategy into measurable financial outcomesExcellent IT skills including Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and ERP systemsFamiliarity with modern analytics and data visualisation tools (e.g., PowerBI)Strong analytical capability and the ability to distil complex financial data into meaningful insight
