Are you a committed and compassionate SEN Teacher eager to make a lasting impact on the lives of children with special educational needs? We are proud to be partnering with a SEN school in Wolverhampton, currently looking to welcome a motivated SEN Teacher to their team. This full-time position will begin in September 2025 and run through to July 2026.

About the School:

This specialist provision supports students with a diverse range of complex learning needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD), and associated communication and behavioural challenges. The school is known for its nurturing approach, strong sense of community, and commitment to delivering a personalised learning experience for every child.

The Role:

Full-time SEN Teacher role

*

Plan and deliver a broad, engaging, and adaptive curriculum tailored to individual pupil needs

*

Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

*

Collaborate closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals to support pupil progress

What We're Looking For:

*

Ideally QTS qualified, though not essential

*

Experience working with children with SEN, either in mainstream or specialist settings

*

A solid grasp of differentiated teaching methods and behaviour management techniques

*

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

*

A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting students with additional needs

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is previous experience working in a primary school setting.
