Management roleNonStop Care is currently working with a well-established Local Authority in the West Midlands to recruit a Team Manager Occupational Therapist for the Adults social care services.

This is a locum role, ideally someone who can work full-time. There is remote working and also community work in West Midlands.

Responsibilities

As a Team Manager Occupational Therapist you will manage experienced OT's in role of Assistant team Manager and you will be supervising qualified OT's and OTA's. As a manager you would need lead on complex decision making as well as be able to deal with HR Complaints and disciplinary or breaches of practice.
