Your new roleIn your new role as Civils Supervisor, you will manage the safe and efficient delivery of surfacing works across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and support Contracts Managers with planning
• Lead on-site teams, delivering daily briefings and maintaining clear communication
• Order materials and equipment to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitor progress, conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are met
• Complete daily reports and address any issues affecting programme or performance
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental procedures

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience as a Supervisor within surfacing, highways or civil engineering
• Construction Management qualification (desirable)
• SMSTS (minimum SSSTS)
• Valid CSCS card
• Strong experience in asphalt, road-laying or civils operations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental procedures
