General Teaching Assistant - Level 2 - Hourly Rate: £14.18
- Location: Rural Lancaster
- Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (initially for 4 weeks with potential for long-term role)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 3:15 PM
- Start 1st September 2025 (until 26th September minimum).

Day-to-day of the role: - Assist with general classroom duties to support the teacher.
- Work with small groups of students to facilitate learning and engagement.
- Conduct educational interventions to help students meet their learning goals.
- Prepare learning materials and set up equipment needed for daily activities.
- Assist in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and participate in discussions to improve student outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - TA level 2 minimum
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with small groups.
- Patience and a positive attitude towards student development.
- An understanding of classroom duties and child development.
- Enhanced DBS check
