Our teams operate across multiple regions, giving you the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects rather than being limited to a single location or programme of works. This allows for greater variety and exposure to different challenges and clients.

With ambitious expansion plans over the next three years, we're looking for someone who can help drive our growth through strategic, competitive tendering. You'll be trusted with significant responsibility, supported by a culture that values balance, flexibility, and collaboration.

What We Offer:

27 days holiday plus bank holidays (option to buy or sell additional days)

*

Pension scheme (up to 7.5% employer contribution)

*

*

Hybrid and flexible working options to support work-life balance

*

Additional perks: Discounted healthcare scheme, high street and lifestyle discounts (including Tastecard), one paid volunteering day per year, long service recognition, and more

Key Responsibilities:

*

*

Issue enquiries to suppliers/subcontractors and evaluate their responses

*

Assist with quantity take-offs for building works to support pricing

*

Assess materials, labour, and plant requirements for tenders

*

Deliver detailed breakdowns and cost substantiations; conduct value engineering to align with client budgets

*

Collaborate with internal teams, clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to define project requirements and risks

*

About You:

*

Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator in Social Housing Refurbishment

*

Skilled in pricing from first principles and cost planning

*

Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills

*

Confident managing both large-scale projects and multiple smaller tenders simultaneously

*
