We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales and an ability to build strong relationships with clients. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. What We're Looking For.

Experience in the signage industry is essential.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

Proven track record in B2B/B2C sales within the signage or related industry

Confident, professional telephone manner.

Proven ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships

Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and with the ability to multitask

Proficiency in Google Workspace; quick to learn new systems

Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently.

Job description:

* Responsible for sales activities from lead generation through the project management process. Develop and implement agreed upon Sales and Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. Work with the centre's management and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction and revenue generation, in line with company vision and values.

* Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.

* Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients using various products and the FASTSIGNS Selling Solution System.

* Identify sales prospects and contact these using a “drill down” and “share of wallet” concept.

* Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.

* Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing and field activity.

* Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory, including the use of a Contact Manager program to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential.

Key Responsibilities.

Sales & Business Development:

Proactively generate new leads via telesales, networking, and field sales.

Act as the first point of contact for all incoming sales enquiries.

Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, and deliver persuasive sales pitches.

Achieve and exceed set sales targets.

Customer Service & Account Management:

Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every stage.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all client queries.

Oversee orders and coordinate project timelines to ensure complete satisfaction.

Office & Operations Support:

Assist in day-to-day office coordination and logistics.

Maintain efficient communication across teams to ensure smooth operations.
