Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and experienced Insurance Account Executive to manage a book of approximately 30 to 35 clients, focusing on existing business and renewals. This role presents an excellent opportunity to work closely with high-net-worth clients and gain exposure to complex insurance needs in the household and property sectors.

During the probation period, the role will be fully office-based in our London office. After probation, hybrid working options will be considered, depending on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and retain a portfolio of 30–35 high-value clients
  • Handle all aspects of policy renewals and mid-term adjustments
  • Provide expert advice on household and property insurance
  • Develop strong client relationships, delivering a high level of service
  • Work closely with internal underwriting and claims teams
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and support new business growth
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with FCA regulations

Essential Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience in household and/or property insurance
  • Strong understanding of client servicing in the insurance sector
  • Proven track record of managing and renewing client accounts
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
  • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional service

Desirable

  • Experience dealing with high-net-worth clients
  • Background working with specialist or bespoke insurance policies
  • Previous experience in a city-based or boutique brokerage
