The RoleWe're looking for a skilled Plumber / Maintenance Operative to carry out a range of repairs and planned maintenance across social housing properties in Doncaster.You'll be ensuring tenants' homes are safe, functional, and well-maintained.?? Key Duties

• Reactive plumbing repairs (leaks, blockages, pipework, radiator issues)
• Bathroom and kitchen plumbing maintenance
• Installing taps, sinks, baths, showers & general plumbing components
• Basic multi-trade skills (advantageous)
• Providing excellent customer service to tenants
• Completing all works safely and to high standards

�? What You'll Need

• Proven plumbing experience (social housing experience preferred)
• NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing or equivalent (desirable)
• Strong fault-finding and repair skills
• Good communication and customer service
• Full UK Driving Licence
