The Role
We are seeking a Contract Manager M&E to lead engineering services across a large, high-profile campus. The Contract Manager M&E will take ownership of M&E maintenance, ensuring compliance, performance, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities- Contract Manager M&E

* Manage all technical engineering service delivery

* Oversee KPIs and SLAs

* Ensure Health & Safety and environmental compliance

* Plan shutdowns and project works

* Maintain quality standards and reporting

* Lead, recruit, and develop engineering teams

* Manage client relationships

* Identify opportunities to improve service and grow revenue

About You
The ideal Contract Manager M&E will have:

* Electrical or Mechanical qualification (C&G, HNC/HND or higher)

* Strong M&E technical knowledge

* Experience managing large engineering teams

* Experience in high-profile or complex environments

* Commercial awareness (desirable)
