Private Client Lawyer
Bournemouth
Full-time or Part-time (minimum 28 hours per week)
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 1 year PQE in Private Client work
We are currently supporting a well-established and respected law firm based in Bournemouth, with a proud history dating back to 1800, in their search for a Private Client Lawyer to join their dedicated team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse and established caseload of private client matters. Key responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and advising on wills and comprehensive estate planning strategies
- Administering estates and managing probate matters efficiently and sensitively
- Drafting and advising on powers of attorney, including Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Handling trusts and providing guidance on Court of Protection matters

Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 1 year PQE in Private Client law
- Ability to work either full-time or part-time (minimum 28 hours per week)
- Exceptional communication and client management skills
- Proven ability to work effectively within a small, collaborative team environment
- A meticulous and client-focused approach to case management
