I am currently working with a manufacturing client in Northampton who are looking for a Quality engineer to join the team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Taking on claims from clients, going out to clients/ customer sites to inspect what the problems are with the final products
• Completing file documentation and reports
• Involved in new business developments, involved in any new business partners joining the company
• Currently the quality team all have different posiitons in the business so this will be a standalne role
• Carryng out 8D reporting
• Act as customer support and the face of the business

To be considered for this position you will be/ have been a quality engineer with a heavy background in customer and supplier relations.
