Role: Team Administrator

Location: Haywards Heath with Hybrid working (minimum of 2 days in office)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Pay: £26,000 per annum

The Requirements:

Strong administrative background with excellent organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Comfortable liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Discreet and professional with sensitive information
Skilled in managing shared documents, databases, and CRM systems

The Role:

Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, booking rooms, travel, and events
Preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, maintaining document filing systems
Monitoring and reporting on key metrics such as membership numbers and event registrations
Acting as a primary contact for internal queries and external partners
Managing shared inboxes and multiple phone lines
Supporting project tracking, reporting, and assisting with marketing initiatives
Maintaining and updating internal databases, websites, shared drives, and templates
Supporting the onboarding of new staff and ongoing team coordination activities
Assisting with event planning, delegate registrations, onsite support, and event evaluation reporting
Managing basic finance processes and ensuring accurate record-keeping
Organising team gifts and supporting company social events such as summer and Christmas gatherings
