A fantastic opportunity has arisen with one of the strongest names in the retail space! My client is on the hunt for a Head of QR / Head of Digital Programmes (FMCG) to work with both internal stakeholders and external clients to move businesses forward throughout their journey.
 
Role & Responsibilities

Lead and execute the strategy for QR codes, aligning efforts with the business goals
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver key programmes and KPI's
Manage and mentor the QR team, ensuring high performance and effective delivery
Drive awareness of the business standards, advocating their value across industries
Develop go-to-market strategies and measure adoption of QR solutions across sectors
Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and growth 
Essential Skills and Experience

Proven experience delivering complex programmes and high-profile projects at scale, especially in FMCG or branded manufacturing
Strong background in digital technology and innovation, with a deep understanding of sector trends
Experience working cross-functionally to execute strategic plans and drive results
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence
Commercial acumen and a passion for driving industry change
